|June 2012 Meeting|
What you missed:
We had one of our best attended meetings with with 187 attendees. The board apologies that check in took longer than it should have... we just had twice the number of people show up as we anticipated.
The meeting was a great overview of the new landlord tenant law, Act 143. It was great that Bob Anderson of Legal Action agreed to be our guest and share with us a tenant advocate attorney perspective.
We have our work in front of us in January to fix some of these things.
Opinions on the law:

Speaking of Landlord Boot Camp, due to the strong interest in our last one, we have decided to offer it again this year for those of you who may have not been able to attend in February. It will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012. I will provide you with more information as it becomes available.
